Terms of Service
Effective 14 July 2026
These terms govern your use of flara.de.com. Read them before you use the service — by using it, you accept them.
Current status of the service
FLARA has not launched. The exchange function is disabled, we are not accepting funds from anyone, and the rates displayed on the site are informational market quotes, not offers. Do not send crypto to any address claiming to be FLARA — it is a scam.
These terms describe how the service will operate once it is live, and take effect for you from the moment you first use it.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not be located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not appear on any applicable sanctions list.
It is your responsibility to know whether using a crypto exchange is lawful where you live. We cannot give you that answer.
What the service does
We provide a non-custodial exchange: we quote a rate, you send one asset, and the corresponding amount of another asset is sent to the wallet address you specify. We do not hold, invest or lend your assets, and we are not a bank, a broker or a custodian.
Because we do not hold your funds, we cannot freeze, reverse or recover a transaction once it has been broadcast to the network.
Rates and fees
We charge a flat 0.5% service fee, which is already reflected in the amount the calculator quotes you. Blockchain network fees are separate, are set by the network rather than by us, and we do not receive them.
A quoted rate is held for ten minutes. If your deposit does not arrive within that window, the swap is recalculated at the market rate at the time it does arrive. Crypto prices move, and we would rather requote you honestly than silently deliver less than you expected.
Your responsibilities
When you use the service you agree that:
- The destination address you provide is correct and is a wallet you control. Funds sent to a wrong or incompatible address are permanently lost, and we cannot retrieve them.
- The funds you exchange are lawfully yours and are not the proceeds of crime.
- You will not use the service to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or commit fraud.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Refusal and cancellation
We may refuse or cancel a swap where we reasonably suspect it is unlawful, where a required network is unavailable, where a quote was produced by an evident technical error, or where completing it would put us in breach of the law. Where a transaction is refused and the funds are recoverable, we will return them to the sending address, less any network fee.
No advice, no guarantees
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular rate, speed or outcome.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for losses caused by market movements, blockchain network failures, or your own error — including sending funds to a wrong address.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in our Telegram channel before they take effect, and the effective date above will change.
