Risk Disclosure
Effective 14 July 2026
Exchanging crypto assets carries real risk of loss. This page sets out what can go wrong, in plain terms, so you can decide with your eyes open.
Volatility
Crypto asset prices can move sharply in minutes and can fall as easily as they rise. An asset can lose a large part of its value, or effectively all of it, in a short period. Past performance tells you nothing about future performance.
Irreversibility
Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. If you send funds to a wrong address, an address on the wrong network, or an address you do not control, those funds are gone. Nobody — not us, not the network — can claw them back. Check the address twice before you confirm.
Rate movement during a swap
A quote is held for ten minutes. If your deposit arrives after that window, the swap is recalculated at the market rate at that moment, which may be materially worse than the rate you were originally shown.
Technology and network risk
Blockchains can congest, fork, or halt. Wallets and smart contracts can contain bugs. Network fees can spike unpredictably. Any of these can delay a swap or make it uneconomic, through no fault of ours.
Scams and impersonation
We will never message you first, and we will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or wallet password. Anyone who does is impersonating FLARA. Our only support channel is the Telegram account linked from this site.
Regulatory risk
Rules governing crypto assets differ by country and change often. A change in the law could restrict your ability to use the service, or make it unlawful for you to do so. Whether using this service is legal where you live is your responsibility to determine.
The bottom line
Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Only exchange amounts you can afford to lose entirely.
